Burdwan Medical College Annual National Conference or BMC-CON, is a comprehensive event focusing on medical science and healthcare. Since inception in 2019, it has consistently proven successful.

THE REUNION
Reunion or the annual get together of ex-students of Burdwan Medical College is a cherished event that fosters camaraderie and nostalgia among alumni. Held each year, this gathering allows former classmates and colleagues to reconnect, reminisce about their shared experiences at the college, and celebrate their journeys since graduation. It serves as a platform for exchanging stories, accomplishments, and professional insights, reinforcing the bonds forged during their academic years. The reunion often includes activities such as cultural performances, awards & felicitation and informal gatherings, creating a warm atmosphere of fellowship and mutual support among Burdwan Medical College's alumni community.

Tailored to cater both medical students and senior doctors, these workshops are designed to be crisp yet comprehensive, delivering hands on opportunities essential for professional growth.
For the medical students, the workshops serves as invaluable learning experiences, covering essential skills and emerging practices in healthcare. Meanwhile the seniors get the opportunity for refining specialized techniques and addressing contemporary challenges in their respective fields.
About Alumni BMC
Ex-students association or Alumni Association is the Association formed by the alumni of the Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan. Any person, who is alumni of Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan and completed at least MBBS from the Institution, can become a member by default. This includes the MBBS interns also.
This is a purely non-profit organization to look after the benefits and interest of the members of the Association. The Governing committee or the executive committee conducts the ‘Annual re-union’ of the members in the College campus or in the town of Burdwan, West Bengal. The other activities of this association are mainly concentrated around helping the sick or needy members as or when required, extend the helping hand to the society.
The association also conducts relevant academic and social programs.
The Executive Committee meetings are held every 1-2 months or earlier in case of pending decisions or special occasions.

REGISTRATION FOR BMC-CON & REUNION 2026 BEGINS
The website is ready for registration.
i.
Window for expressing participation in academic
presentation/ cultural evenings are there. Will go strictly byfirst-registration-first-served basis. The windows will be closed ASA available
slots are filled on the go.
ii.
A new
menu has been added. Option to act as Volunteer during Reunion days. We often
struggle with manpower. This may be tried to help Sudhakar Da with some more
hands backstage. Needed to manage memento delivery, managing relation with
industry partners, and other errands.
iii.
The
batches who are in line for felicitation during the Re-union will find separate
drop down menu to select their year of joining. Felicitation mementoes will be
available to only those who get registration done LATEST by 30-10-2026.
